Dan was raised in a family business and has real-world experience navigating the challenges and opportunities that are specific to family business. He has worked in the energy industry for over 20 years, and was most recently VP/Marketing and co-owner of a family-owned petroleum and biofuel marketing company. His professional experience includes strategic management, relationship management, sales and marketing strategy, organizational development, business development, and operations management.

Dan graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BA in Political Science and received his MBA from Franklin Pierce University, where he is an adjunct faculty member teaching marketing.
